Our Story

& Son Constructions Pty Ltd

Wraich & Son Constructions is an innovative, progressive development company dedicated to the delivery of the highest quality product.

The projects we undertake range in value and size. although they have similar characteristics in their project delivery. We pride ourselves on the attainment of our client's goals and aspirations for their projects to be completed on time, within budget & without any compromise.

Our team

Mr Yadwinder Wraich being the co-founder of the Company has extensive experience in constructions and developments focusing on projects from inception, through to Design Development and Project Delivery.

Through his experiences, Yadwinder has established his own unique, approach to how he does business. Due to his perfectionist style, Yadi is a hands-on builder who constantly ensures that the job is perfect and that the client's requirements are met with the utmost regard.

Our team now proudly consists of:

  • Project Manager - Sargon Moshy (License No. 336400C)
  • Site Manager - Karan Brar (Civil Engineer)
  • Contracts Administrator - Manami Sall Site Foreman - Peter Yin, Joe Nassif

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Our construction management methods are all based on one simple approach, the 'one point of contact' system. This system has proven to be both simple and time efficient in regards to client communications and requirements.

Clients are able to effortlessly discuss site specifics through our OPOC system. In addition to this, changes/ amendments can be implemented smoothly and effectively. This system gives us the responsibility of Design Construction and Project Delivery. Clients also engage monthly meeting which provide regular feedback on:

  • Project program and reports
  • All relevant documentation
  • Quality assurance
  • Project timeline
  • WHS
Design Management

Wraich & Son Constructions Builders are widely recognised for our commendable industry reputation and award-winning design consultants. We've been known to constantly improve our own design in order to suit the buildability of any given project's environment/cost, as well as complying to any client specific requirements.

Our design management ensures that project deadlines are sustained, project quality is maintained and that our budget remains within the desired restrictions of every client's proposal. Our Design Management team features several of Sydney's most efficient design consultants, who allow us to provide varying styles of distinguished work-quality.

Quality Assurance

Wraich & Son Constructions has proven method in place, in order to maintain a set, particular quality standard that is acceptable to us. The method involves a series of documents that keep record of certain construction aspects. These documents allow us to compose reports which further allow us to manage/monitor specific areas that require attention.

We pride ourselves on delivering a quality build which has been affirmed to us repeatedly by our satisfied clients. Our drive and ambition allow us to deliver quality work on time, without compromise. We strive to always put our client's needs before our own.

Industrial Relations

At Wraich & Son Constructions, we strive to ensure that our projects maintain positive work environments whiles ensuring that our construction systems are well-implemented. This includes site establishment practices such as:

  • Site accommodation
  • Signages
  • Temporary lighting
  • Access

We take all necessary precautions in order to prevent any industrial dispute from arising. Daily clean-ups of site premises and surrounding areas are carried out in order to ensure the prevention of safety issues. Incidents are not a common cocurrence, though, should an incident arise, our staff are trained to rectify any issues with minimal impact on delays to the projects.

Safety

We implement and uphold a fully integrated Management System on all projects. One of our primary objectives is to mai maintain a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, sub-contractors and visitors.

Our responsibility is to ensure that the correct procedures are used and that all Australian Standard/ Guidelines are met by any individuals working on our projects.

We also ensure that all sub-contractors/suppliers conducting work on our projects use correct safety methods, including (but not limited to):

  • Safe work method statements
  • Equipment
  • Work health and safety
  • Daily reports
  • Accident training and reporting
  • Local emergency units
